WARRANTY

LIMITED WARRANTY. For a period of 2 years from the original date of purchase of the Device and Included Attachments (the “Product”), APTSEUVests, Inc. will repair minor defects resulting from, or replace all or part of the Device or any Included Attachment as may be required by a change in medical condition of the original user for which the Product was originally intended to be worn by.  Proof of purchase, the identity of the original user, and the change in medical condition will be required. Such proof will be subject to a verification process as defined by APTSEUVests, Inc. prior to repair or replacement.

The Product is warranted against any manufactured defect for a period of 120 days from the original date of purchase. Notice of a defective Product under warranty must be given in writing within 15 days following the discovery of such defect. Any oral or written statement concerning the Product inconsistent with the limited warranty set forth herein will be of no force or effect.  SOLE LIABILITY under this warranty will be, at the option of APTSEUVests, Inc, to either replace or repair the defective Product(s) or refund or credit the purchase price. This will be a Buyer’s exclusive remedy for a covered defect.

This warranty does not cover and Universal Vests, UVests, or APTSEUVests, Inc. (together referred to here after as “UVests”) will have no warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to any damage or alteration to the Product caused by or associated with: (i) usage not in accordance with the INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE or usage for a purpose not indicated in the INDICATIONS FOR USE; (ii) abuse, misuse, neglect, improper maintenance or storage, accident, vandalism, or the negligence of any party other than UVests; (iii) external causes, including natural disasters or acts of God; (iv) usage of a custom-made version of the Product by someone other than the person for which it was custom-made;  (v) use of unauthorized third party products with the Product including attaching to or otherwise using with the Product, a device, object, or accessory that is not an Included Attachment or an Additional Attachment as defined herein; or (vi) modifications or alterations to the Product not authorized by UVests.

Without limiting the foregoing, this warranty herein is void with respect to: (i) attaching to or otherwise using with the Product, a device, object, or accessory that is not an Included Attachment or an Additional Attachment as defined herein; and (ii) one-time or otherwise normal usage of a custom-made version of the Product by someone other than the person for which it was custom-made.
